Terms and Conditions – Goldy Luxury Transfers
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Goldy Luxury Transfers’ services. By booking and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process: All bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Goldy Luxury Transfers.
2.2 Payment Terms: Payment for services is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and direct bank transfers.
2.3 Pricing: All prices are provided in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise. Goldy Luxury Transfers reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Cancellation by Goldy Luxury Transfers: In rare cases where we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and either offer an alternative service or a full refund.
4. Service Delivery
4.1 Chauffeur Responsibilities: Our chauffeurs will make every effort to ensure punctuality and a high standard of service. However, Goldy Luxury Transfers cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, road conditions, or weather.
4.2 Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional waiting time charges.
4.3 Special Requests: While we endeavor to accommodate special requests (e.g., child seats, beverages, specific routes), these must be communicated during the booking process and are subject to availability.
5. Vehicle Use and Conditions
5.1 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Goldy Luxury Transfers vehicles.
5.2 Damages: Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their party will be charged to the client for repairs or cleaning.
5.3 Personal Belongings: Goldy Luxury Transfers is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles during or after the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Goldy Luxury Transfers is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the client or their party during the transportation service unless caused by gross negligence on the part of Goldy Luxury Transfers. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service booked.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Goldy Luxury Transfers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
